Poor customer service.The woman named Tara refused to clean my jewellery . There were two staff people and one customer and still she said she is busy.I will never visit this place again and never recommend to anyone because of their employee.I wish if there could be negative rating that I can give to this store rather than one star for their customer service.
The costumer service here is extremely poor. I had received a charm for my bracelet for my birthday and since then it has broken twice, when I first exchanged it at the pandora in Richmond center lady was not helpful at all stating the charm was discontinued and I need to go find a store with one still in stock by myself, I found the charm but soon after it broke again. I had a very disappointing experience at Pandora McArthur Glen store. I went to have my Pandora bracelet cleaned and was told that they will not clean everything beause not all of my charms were Pandora brand even if I told them they were all bought at Pandora stores. I would appreciate if they checked on to their websites and verify their products first before declining and informing their customers that my charms are not Pandora. I went to the store on August 27 with my friend to pick up an online order and we approached JASS the customer representative. To be honest Pandora is a go-to store for me to grab gifts but the service we got here in the outlet is really very disappointing, such a disrespect and arrogant behaviour from this person named Jass..
