Had bought a ring for my sister as a gift, when it was slightly too large we tried bringing it back for exchange and were told it looked “scratched” and nothing would be done for us. Considering the ring was only 3 days new to us (the receipt dated Nov.29th) and only left the box to be tried on, I believe the associate must have given us a scratched ring.
