I bought a pendant which had a piece of silver in it and the silver part started to discolor after one week of the purchase date! when I took it to the store they explained to me that it's normal for silver to get oxidized! I couldn't belive that the silver will oxidize after one week! They cleaned the silver for me and they told me to clean it regularly which was nice but the lady was rude with us when we said we don't think the silver should be discolored this quick and that we like to exchange it! Got my promise ring from my boyfriend on Christmas 2023 went there 3 times because I had lost 2 diamonds and I had warrenty, we were also told when we bought it that we had warrenty on it if I were to ever lose a diamond, yet they still wouldn’t want to fix it because the ring was no longer a circle I brought the ring to a professional and he told me there was nothing wrong with the ring and it was very much still a circle now I have a ring with multiple diamonds that fell off and pandora didn’t want to do anything about it ... read more
