I received some double up charms for Xmas so didn’t have receipts. I had the charms in their original packaging in the zip lock bags with all the authenticity cards. I just wanted to exchange for something different. I was accused of being a reseller and was told to obtain bank statements from the people that purchased them. On what planet is it acceptable to request someone else’s bank statement? I will never return to this store

I was helped by a lovely young lady today named Aylin at Chirnside Park. I needed to return some Christmas presents and swap them for more applicable charms. She was so helpful and showed me how to place them in a more attractive way. Thank you for your patience and advice.

I was pleasantly impressed with a staff member named bethany. She was so kind hearted and helpful with the numerous questions I had for my charms and my mother’s bracelet. Couldn't define great customer service without adding an image of her in the dictionary

The service here is poor. I like the Pandora brand, but would rather buy elsewhere than deal with disengaged team members. I’ve gone in a few times to make a purchase and rarely do as the team show minimal interest in offering any help. Surely a brand like Pandora prides itself on customer service?
