I had a very disappointing experience at this Pandora location. I was in the store for about 10 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by anyone. I eventually had to insist on receiving assistance. When I finally did, it was from the manager, who did not greet me and was extremely rude and disrespectful, making me feel like I was a burden rather than a valued customer. Terrible customer service and a RUDE manager who isn't willing to help at all and keeps cutting you off when you're speaking. I've visited the store 4 times to do a simple return but all they do is make it more complicated each time I go in. Such a waste of time and energy. They are great until they take your money. You definitely need to work on your customer service.

Bad costumer service. Went to show my phone to ask if they have the product that I want from their website and the clerk didn’t even look at my phone and said no. Very disappointed was looking to get other stuff.

Called about a simple question on the phone and they were extremely rude. I was honestly taken back by how rude they were during my 45 second phone call. Don’t recommend dealing with these people if you don’t have to

I recently purchased a pair of earrings from the Pandora store at Chinook Centre. At the time of purchase, I was never informed that earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. In fact, I was told that I could return the item if needed. However, when I went back to the store to return it, I was suddenly told that returns are not allowed due to hygiene issues or ear wax issues??!
