Very considerate staff and excellent customer service! I bought a ring that was marked as final sale, but the next day I realized I needed a larger size. I called to ask if they could make an exception, and Joy and Maria were so kind and understanding over the phone. They gladly allowed me to exchange it this time. When I went into the store, Kevin made the exchange process quick and easy and was incredibly helpful. I really appreciate the team’s kindness and willingness to help.
I don’t even wanna give one star for this location since I had a terrible experience with an older worker. She is extremely rude which made me decide I will never be coming back to this location as long as she is there. Pandora, so disappointed and highly suggest to do something about it.
Terrible experience today when we went to return a set of earrings that we just bought. I figure there is always sometimes a set not made perfect - so we just went really for an exchange and rather than any empathy or apology she started with accusations right out of the gate. ‘Did you sleep on them, perhaps you put to much pressure’ .
