I recently purchased a pair of earrings from the Pandora store at Chinook Centre. At the time of purchase, I was never informed that earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. In fact, I was told that I could return the item if needed. However, when I went back to the store to return it, I was suddenly told that returns are not allowed due to hygiene issues or ear wax issues??! I called the Pandora Chinook Mall store last Friday to ask about exchanging a Pandora item I ordered online from one of their retailers in Manitoba. The lady I spoke with told me that as long as it’s within 30 days, they can process an exchange. However, when I visited the store today, I was told they couldn’t do the exchange because the item wasn’t purchased directly from a Pandora store. Tonight was my second time shopping at this store, and both times were amazing! Maria and another lovely lady (didn’t catch her name) were so friendly and helpful. Both times they made me so excited and happy with my visit and my purchases. I’ve never had this kind of experience at other Pandora’s in Calgary
