The staff lady was very rude. Even thought the return policy is 30 days, I tried returning my earrings same day evening she mentioned we cannot exchange these due to hygiene reasons. Like seriously? Please have your staff give some good reason not the stupid reasons.
Very rude and unprofessional staff. They dont even greet or look at you. You have to go approach and then they will ignore you. It was my first time there few weeks ago and am really disappointed. Plus they will gossip about you to each other in front of you.

Everytime I’ve visited this pandora location I’ve had a miserable experience the workers there are extremely cold and rude and will not give you an exchange if anything happens to your jewelry even if it’s within all the rules of returning. They will try to tell you it’s your fault. Very disappointing and I’m happy to know not every pandora is like this but I will not be supporting no longer.
This is actually probably the worst Pandora in the city. I’ve owned my Pandora bracelet, filled with charms collected over the past 4+ years, and have always tried to take care of it, which includes getting it cleaned, as Pandora themselves promote. Unfortunately, this particular location makes every excuse in the book not to follow through.
