The manager was very rude and allowed herself to raise her voice. Although the staff was to blame. It was a terrible experience. They spoiled the pleasant impression of my husband's gift. I advise you to stay away.
I had such a lovely experience at Pandora today, thanks to Maria! She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. She was genuinely patient in helping me find what I was looking for. I especially appreciated that she even offered to clean my jewelry for me. Thank you so much, Maria! 💕✨
Very considerate staff and excellent customer service! I bought a ring that was marked as final sale, but the next day I realized I needed a larger size. I called to ask if they could make an exception, and Joy and Maria were so kind and understanding over the phone. They gladly allowed me to exchange it this time. When I went into the store, Kevin made the exchange process quick and easy and was incredibly helpful. I really appreciate the team’s kindness and willingness to help.
I don’t even wanna give one star for this location since I had a terrible experience with an older worker. She is extremely rude which made me decide I will never be coming back to this location as long as she is there. Pandora, so disappointed and highly suggest to do something about it.
