Their "customer service" **** are unprofessional. They won't send your items but they keep your money
They sent product half full and lied when I complained, saying they weighed it first. I weighed it and it is not meeting product weight claim
Terrible Customer service from their reviews. They respond to their patrons like children. Upon conducting a research on reviews for this business (prior to submitting an order), I stumbled across some rather salty responses. Dont buy from this company. I never received my package. Instead of them contacting post office and resending what I bought they said to file a claim. Never have I had a business do this. Really shady
A week after receiving PayPal receipt, no communication for order placed (or shipped) from Vendor. Call customer service, voicemail full. Is this a real business?
This company is a fraud company. They sell very bad products that give rise to rashes over your face and scalp. On top of it they don't refund and are exceptionally rude. This is stealing from people. Beware of thi company and dont buy any products from them at all.
I ordered three 32 oz bottles of *** wash from pandora beauty. What they provide was in the correct co ****** but the product looked like it was bad. The product should be white. The product in the container provided was yellow and looked chunky. When I contacted the company they said all of their stock was fine and if I wanted to return it I could ship it back. I wouldnt order from this company as I had no idea what product they provided.
I received the wrong product A Nioxin kit #3 and a Nixion 3D intensive. I received Kit #1 (which is not made for color treated hair like I have. I paid $58.27 plus **** for shipping. I emailed several times, got no response. The phone # on their website rings once and cuts off.
