I purchased a Pandora bracelet from the online store but it didn’t fit my wife. I rang the Albury store and Ava answered the phone. She was very helpful and friendly and suggested I pop over to the albury store with my wife. When we got there she welcomed us to the store and went above and beyond to measure up my wife’s wrist and get us a change over bracelet. Ava has excellent customer service both over the phone and in person. Thanks so much!
Went into store as a ring I had purchased had the main stone loose and wobbled. I told the older blonde woman what was occurring and she investigated and said “I don’t think it’s happening but I’m not going to say it’s not what you’re experiencing” and offered to exchange it to a larger size as that’s all she had in stock. I declined and left unhappy as I felt like I was being gaslit and not welcome.
