Brought one of my wife's bracelets in for cleaning. The associate did a great job
I bought my girlfriend a ring in which in fact was too small. She attempted to go into the store to see if they could help her out in the situation yet they never gave her the time of day. There was a couple of customers that were getting help when she walked in yet to acknowledgment of her presence of greating hello or I will be right with you. Pésima atención del personal en la tienda. Uno va con la intención de comprar y te quitan más ganas. No te atienden, te ignoran y cuando logras que te atiendan nunca tienen nada en stock, y no te ofrecen un producto similar. No lo recomiendo para nada.
Literally the worst customer service of any pandora I’ve ever been to.
I know how crazy the holidays can get when you are shopping, that is why I placed an order online to make this process easier and specially quicker, but once I got to the store it was a huge line outside, just stepped in to ask an associate if I need to make the line if I am only picking up an online order, the order was already paid for and recieved the email saying it was ready, but unfortunately I was told that I still had to wait in line.
