Fui para ver si me ayudaban con la limpieza de las prendas que tengo Pandora ya que se me ponen negras muy rápido y por mas qué las limpio no recuperan su brillo y la que estaba en tienda me preguntó si venía a comprar y le dije que si me ayudaba con la limpieza de las prendas y me dijo que no habia nadie para eso , le pregunté que cuando entonces? Y se volteó me ignoró y comenzó a atender a otra persona.

Waited in line for a hour saw a customer walk out so my first instinct was to walk in the store. I walked in got ignored minutes later an employee I believe her name was “vanja” told me not to walk in without getting called in first. I immediately felt uncomfortable with her because of how she approached me. This was my first and last time coming to the Mayfair pandora!

I arrived at the store well after it had opened. The only people there were clerks standing and talking, so my boyfriend and I started browsing. One of the sales associates rudely told us, “Wait outside, we’re not open yet.” We then stepped outside, while all the workers kept doing what they were doing. I felt disrespected and ignored, and I would rather shop at another store to avoid giving them commission. I've had my pandora bracelet for about a year and a half so it is understandably tarnished. I stopped into this location today to get it cleaned and the worker who helped me seemed personally offended by how tarnished it was. As she was cleaning the bracelet at the back table, she was telling her coworker AND other customers about how tarnished my bracelet was and showing it to them.
