We were in twice today and were greeted both times when we entered. There was a wait while service was provided to others but when it was our turn, we received the same courteous attention as the people before us. Clarice went above and beyond during our second visit to help us problem solve the pendant we had purchased earlier. Was so super greatful to her for her assistance and wonderful attitude. Have never shopped at Pandora before but after the way we were treated today and the help we received, we will be back!

I truly don’t know if the lady helping us engrave had a mental disability but it was one of the most appalling experiences of my life. She had glasses a missing front tooth and curly hair. If she were to ever work for my company I would personally fire her myself. People like her should just claim unemployment and not enrage customers

Dropped charm multiple times so it scratched . Did not explain rules for engraving. Rude attitude and disrespectful towards buyers

My jewelry was so dirty i , i could be barely see silver i thought that i would have to replace everything came here to get it cleaned & i was actually surprised & super happy with the results thanks makenzie!

My daughters and I went to this location in hopes of finding a birthday gift. We were not acknowledged by any of the staff when we came in. There about 6 associates working at the time. None of them smiled or offered help. Some were tasking, some were helping customers already. Regardless…..people should be welcomed and assured of service as soon as possible. I stood by the case for at least 20 minutes and had to inquire about the availability of a product as a staff member was working on ring displays. Again, no acknowledge... read more
