Rude rude rude! I called the store and got someone named vonna or von, she was incredibly inpatient and inconsiderate. When working in customer service you should be polite and a good listener. She was neither!!!!
Me and my daughter went in to the Mayfair location. As we entered we were greeted by two associates. One of them named Destiny. Once Destiny thought we were out of ear shot, I heard her say to her colleague "Oh they're not gonna buy anything. " after that Destiny was passive aggressive and condescending. I've been a patron of Pandora for many years and I can guarantee the will no longer get my business.
Cara was extremely helpful and attentive after i’ve had issues replacing a broken charm she was happy to help while having a clearly busy store.
During this process, the customer service was absolutely horrible. I called the day before to speak with someone to confirm the return policy and understand what steps I needed to take on my end, since the product was defective. The woman I spoke to on the phone, Kara, was incredibly rude. She told me I should just clean the product and keep it — a suggestion that was out of line, considering it’s my money and I’m the consumer.
