I've had my pandora bracelet for about a year and a half so it is understandably tarnished. I stopped into this location today to get it cleaned and the worker who helped me seemed personally offended by how tarnished it was. As she was cleaning the bracelet at the back table, she was telling her coworker AND other customers about how tarnished my bracelet was and showing it to them. don’t come in here. it’s always super crowded and you never get helped. i went in there to return a ring and the first thing the lady says is “it’s past 30 days no” and i had to show her PANDORA’S policy that because it’s the holiday it’s until january 31st. i had to tell her 3 times. then, when i went to return it, she claimed i couldn’t because it ended in “.99”. i was so sick of this back and forth i left. i ended up calling customer service online and they GLADLY accepted my return and had to send it in via mail. in the ... read more

Evelyn is a horrible person!!!!! No holiday spirit!!! Rude! Ridiculous! Awful 😖 😱 there is a long wait, she's not paying attention to customers. Allowing customers to stand in the wrong line before saying they should be somewhere else. Her attitude is disgusting

Closed the door on me half hour before they closed. I stepped into the store and she rudely kicked me out. Black lady horribly rude. Short and stocky middle aged with glasses very mean and bad customer service. Was just trying to get some Christmas gifts and was prepared to spend a lot. Idk I was tying to give y'all money guess the company didn't want it? Hmm weird.
