I should have read the reviews before arriving to the store. Staff seem overwhelmed and are completely rude. When I arrived at the entrance I noticed the store had a moderate amount of customers and I noticed the rope barriers outside so I thought I better wait outside until a few customers leave. Well two ladies check out and leave so I reasonably assume that if someone leaves, someone can enter. terrible customer service, takes forever and not helpful
It’s Thursday 5/28 @ 1430. I casually walk in the entrance and get shouted at like a kid, to go back out and wait at the door. It was only 2 ppl in the store w/ 1 associate. I can’t browse until I’m able to be serviced? I left. I’ll make the drive to Pleasant Prairie where I know Ive gotten great customer service before. There’s no waiting at the entrance either! Edit: Like I said great customer service in Pleasant Prarie and that # the Pandora “owner” leaving is not working. Must be AI
I just got yelled at by the Store Manager Glendaly for addressing the fact that on May 1st , I came in to purchase two charms and one bracelet and the assistant manager and new employee added Pandora Cares to my purchase without my consent ! I had no idea what Pandora Cares even was ! I called and the assistant manager Vanja explained it to me and stated I could come in for a refund (she was not the one that added it to my order) . Literally worst experience ever. first time going into this location and this black lady rudely told us to step out the store, which is odd because any other pandora i’ve been to never does that. we waited about 15-20 mins outside the store they were all working extremely slow and couldve most definitely had the two workers in the back that weren’t doing anything get to us. once we started walking away because 20 min wait is ridiculous the person behind us was let in immediately. highly disappointed because we waited that lo... read more
