Cancelled my online orders for no reason
I don’t understand why you have to wait in the line of people who have not purchased anything yet just to pick up an online order. This Valentine’s Day was ruined because Pandora chose to make everyone wait in the same line. Won’t be purchasing again.
Super disappointed in selection. Not as creative as was 2 years to a year ago. Not sure cause of location? ?Or Pandora corporation selection? ? Did corporate make changes?? Or store manger make selections of charms ?? Not fun and exciting to have options of different PERSONAL charms to choose from. Not very helpful when you try to return an item back. They refuse to let me keep the Pandora box. Highly recommend visiting online before going to the store
