Everyone here is really nice and helpful. I have been coming back for weeks now in hopes of exchanging my ring for a new size that has been out of stock for a while. Every time I go into the store to check, they keep telling me I should just call to say myself the trip. No matter what time of day….. They will not pick up the phone. I have called in the morning, afternoon, evening. No one can pickup that phone, just ringing and ringing. Kind of frustrating. Will just have to go back in person.
My daughter’s bracelet clasp broke, and the staff at Pandora were incredibly helpful. They explained that if the bracelet had been purchased within a year, it would have been exchanged with no problem. Even better, they were able to fix the clasp right there. The service was friendly, clear, and reassuring, and we left feeling very well taken care of. We were super satisfied with the experience!
Alyssa was the bomb dot com, she was so helpful, patient, and sweet. I heard she’s going on leave soon however, I very well would like to come back and work with her again when she returns! Thank you!
Jackie was absolutely amazing, she was super funny and convince me and my boyfriend to come back and buy more.
