Savannah helped us alot me and my bestfriend went to get a pandora friendship bracelet and she was a sweetheart, explained everything in detail and we got our cute little forever bracelets. Love her for being honest and wise about helping us
i came in this past saturday in search of rings that suited my style. i was helped by a really sweet welcoming associate by the name of savannah. the conversation just flowed the entirety of the search, this location has the best customer service i’ve ever experienced!! savannah did help me find a simple matching ring to pair with one i already had my eyes on. would LOVEE to be greeted/helped by her again!!!!!🤍
Very rude customer service. I ordered a bracelet online I know it was last chance and it cannot not be returned. But size came was way too big. I had measured my wrist prior ordering. I asked for exchange. They were very rude dint even guide me to fix the problem. I went to shop lot of stuff but after this incident I don't wanted to do any business. I went to other pandora stores they were very helpful. I ll never return to this store.
