I walked into the store there was a cashier helping someone 11 of the family was there the lady behind the counter where you check out that did manage to say hi. But then I'm standing at the counter looking at myself picking up a book and she comes straight over when someone else comes in to help them. Well just 2 years ago I spent like 5 grand in that store

Showed up here at 6pm today they close at 9pm . They had a little line nothing too long maybe 8-9 people I was willing to wait . I was told they weren’t accepting anymore customers because they close in 2 hours …. What? Seems like they need new management . Won’t be shopping here.

I love Pandora jewelry BUT…this location SUCKS! I ordered jewelry online for pick up at the store. They gave 3days to pick it up in. For the last 2 days I have gone to the location during the hours posted online and they are never open. No hours posted, they don’t answer the phone. I’ve paid them but I can’t get my items!!!

I placed an order for pick up on previous day! My husband and I arrive at the store the next day to pick up the item that we ordered and the store wasn’t opened up yet! We arrived at 11:30am and the store was closed. The operational hours are listed for the store to open at 11am! No sign placed on the door without explanation of not being opened. You say that you're open till 9. We've been out there twice before 630. And you guys still aren't open and you don't even have a sign on the door not good, you guys need to update your time or at least put it on the door.
