There were stands outside that prevented us from coming in, not welcoming at all
Came to the store to buy a few pieces and as soon as I entered I got greeted which was very nice. I told the associate I’d like to browse around and I’d let her know if I needed help. The associate continued to follow me closely around the store and made me feel so uncomfortable. I did not feel comfortable looking at the jewelry either someone watching my every step. I decided to leave and purchased online instead. No wonder everyone is shopping online.
I wanted to share some feedback regarding the customer service I experienced on the evening of Tuesday, April 8th. Unfortunately, the two ladies working at that time were quite rude and dismissive throughout our interaction. i found my rind ing 5 minutes and the lady was there helped me alot and she help me finding ring of my choice and her guidance was greatful nice place to shop
