Be very careful ordering online from Pandora for store pickup. After a system error at the Richmond Center store in June 2025, I was forced to pay twice for my order. Despite being promised a refund multiple times over the last 6 months (Order PNDCA02898358), Pandora has kept my money. Their customer service agents promise 'escalations' and 'manual refunds' that never happen. It is now January 2026 and I am still waiting for my money to be returned. Worst retail experience I’ve had in years.
went in today to look for the march birthstone charm and Zoe was so kind and helpful. she immediately knew what i was talking about and grabbed it for me. she is an incredible employee, would definitely go to this location again! thank you Zoe!!
Really bad customer service. They only has one staff at the store and she was constantly hovering around other customers who were browsing and didn’t pay attention to the one who was here to pick up.
