Service at the store could he improved. Staff is plainly rude and speaks with an attitude whenever asked a question, and they stare at you condescendingly while you shop, hovering right next to you, which would be perfectly fine if they actually were doing it to help. Makes me want to spend my money in Swarovski instead.
The service it was super rude, Teresa the sales associate was the one who was super rude with us, terrible service, never come again to this store, hope the Pandora could improve the service with the staff
There were stands outside that prevented us from coming in, not welcoming at all
Came to the store to buy a few pieces and as soon as I entered I got greeted which was very nice. I told the associate I’d like to browse around and I’d let her know if I needed help. The associate continued to follow me closely around the store and made me feel so uncomfortable. I did not feel comfortable looking at the jewelry either someone watching my every step. I decided to leave and purchased online instead. No wonder everyone is shopping online.
