You guys need to figure out a line of service better than this. Literally walked in and watched six other people get served before me that came much after. The SAME chick that greeted me when I walked in served three other people that came in after! I was there for 25 minutes and nothing! Nobody acknowledged me
Yesterday I went into the St. Vital location looking for specific charms to commemorate the tragic sudden passing of my husband and to purchase one for my sister who has supported me. Emma was the sales person who I dealt with and she made me regret going at all. She was insensitive, rude and impersonal and upset me so much when she made me feel like a burden after I asked to have the last two charms of a specific kind polished and did a really bad job. Terrible service, zero service, I don't want to come to this store anymore
went to st.vital location 3 times for my charms cleaning/polishing. All 3 times was declined with different excuse. First time just said the cleaning machine was broken. Second time said they dont have enough staff and they were busy (but no customer in store at that time). Today was the third time, and the staff said they dont do cleaning service at the weekend. low customer service. when i get into the store, no one said hi with me or asked me do u need sth until i stand there and stared at them.
