I went to pandora store at Kelowna location to order a ring from the store, but they declined to order a new ring because they didn’t have my size, they said I have we have to do it by ourselves and then I ordered the ring from the pandora website last week and it came damaged, I called the store and asked we if can can return in the store, they said yes but when we went there they claimed the ring has been worn enough to be damaged and they cannot return it but now my point is it was only couple days that I got my ring and ... read more

I had an incredible experience with Jas at the Pandora store in Kelowna today. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and immediately began helping me. I came in with a couple of rings in mind but her suggestion was the one I ultimately chose; it’s perfect! She was so personable and also very knowledgeable about the types of metal and how to take care of my new ring. I was very impressed with her service! Thank you, Jas! I will be back for sure because of the great experience I had!

Bad customer service in store. One of my charms broke but it was given to me as a gift so I don’t have a receipt, however, I offered other forms of proof of purchase and was told that 5 months ago was too far for them to search for the transaction even tho the warranty is 1 year … I called the actual customer service line and was immediately told that I can in fact get a free replacement. Boo to the Kelowna staff for being unwilling to help.
