Bad customer service in store. One of my charms broke but it was given to me as a gift so I don’t have a receipt, however, I offered other forms of proof of purchase and was told that 5 months ago was too far for them to search for the transaction even tho the warranty is 1 year … I called the actual customer service line and was immediately told that I can in fact get a free replacement. Boo to the Kelowna staff for being unwilling to help.

We went there on a Black Friday, there was a line up outside so patiently waited. It was my daughter's bday and was looking for a bracelet for herself. Once inside, we were told several times that someone will be helping us. However we see two groups of people who just came in helped ahead of us. There was also this woman who made herself look busy so she wouldn't have to help us. We had to leave. Poor service.

Yesterday I visited the store with the intention of buying a ring. I felt very uncomfortable with the way one of the girls treated me. I told her that I wanted a ring without stones, the most basic one possible, and I felt as if she thought I was trying to steal the rings.
