Probably the worst Pandora I’ve ever been to. The staff here are extremely rude and judge based on appearance. I have 3 full pandora bracelets and they don’t even care or treat me like a loyal customer! I love the guildford staff and the people here should learn from them how to behave

Terrible customer service! Staff needs to be trained more on how to be professional. I went today (June 28,2025) around 4:15 pm and was misguided by one of your employees. They had no knowledge about the products. That’s not even the worst part. There was a white lady with wavy hair and a thick accent who treated me differently. While she was assisting me, she wrote something on her tablet and showed it to the lady beside her who was a brown woman with really short hair, who then gave me some weird looks. Abhishek helped me and my friend today. He was so kind and helpful. The other girl from staff person told us they don’t have anything which made me sad but later abhishek gave his precious time and made our day. Thank you to abhishek and manveen for helping us out.
Had a disappointing start at the store—some sales associates didn’t bother to show us the rings we specifically asked for, despite having them. Luckily, Abhishek and store manager Manveen stepped in and completely changed our experience. They were attentive, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right piece.
