Worse service ! I got a ring as a gift but the size was too small. I informed the staff and told them I want to exchange it for something else that I can use . The only issue was I gifted the item in May but couldn’t get time to go to the store ..The staff said they couldn’t but if the manager ok the item for exchange they could . Recently visited pandora for an order pickup. The manager parth and new trainee, I forgot her name (maybe evelyn) were really helpful and professional. Was really impressed by their attitude!
I couldn’t fully pay for my item due to a spending limit, they put my item on hold waited for me to come back and I fully paid for it then, they were so helpful all throughout and every interaction I had was amazing it’s really nice to be greeted with that kind of service when making a purchase for sombody special.
