Terrible service, false advertisement and wasted time. Came back to exchange a set that I bought a few days ago to another set of earring and necklace that was priced higher for 373 instore. I was willing to pay the difference but they said the price is for just the necklace but clearly it shows 373 for both like how they showcase other sets. One of the sales associates rudely told me that I couldn’t come in and that I should wait outside.
Excellent customer service. Abhishek and Simran were friendly, approachable and creative. They took the time to listen and problem solve to as best as they can. I will recommend this store to my friends and family.
Terrible experience at this Pandora location on the evening of December 11. While we were looking at earrings, the staff member wearing a hijab said she needed to grab something for another customer and loudly told her colleague to “keep an eye on these guys,” pointing at us, as if we were thieves—right in front of us. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Staff need better training on respectful customer service.
My favourite branch, so friendly and welcoming even throughout Black Friday sales.
