Worse service ! I got a ring as a gift but the size was too small. I informed the staff and told them I want to exchange it for something else that I can use . The only issue was I gifted the item in May but couldn’t get time to go to the store ..The staff said they couldn’t but if the manager ok the item for exchange they could . I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this store. Came in at 11:50 AM on Sunday, it was not busy at the store. There were two employees working, each helping a customer. Another person was already waiting for the first employee that helping other customer, so I went to second employee and lined up to wait for her to finish. As soon as that employee was done, another customer completely cut in front of me. I came into this Metrotown store to enquire about warranty on a charm. The Sales associate who assisted me, Chiradeep was his name, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made my visit very seamless and smooth and after helping me warranty my charm also helped me chose some additional charms to add to my bracelet. He was very patient, with providing me with good recommendations to add to the theme I had on my bracelet. He was not pushing to close a sale.
