On Friday, January 27, we purchased a gift at this location. The staff member who assisted us that day was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. We truly appreciated the service during that visit. This store has the most garbage and unprofessional service I have ever experienced at any jewelry store. I ordered an item online and waited over 15 mins whilst asking 3 different employees for help, but they are too preoccupied helping other people who are walking in the store after me, just so they can get their commission and just kept telling me to wait. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I visited the store on December 26th intending to buy a bracelet, but the staff member I dealt with was unfriendly and dismissive. When I asked about specific bracelets or their prices, her attitude made it feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. I work in customer service myself and I would never treat a customer like that . This experience was unacceptable and I won’t be returning. The management needs to teach their staff how to be professional
