I purchased my wedding band from the Sylvia Park store, as the Albany location didn’t have it in stock at the time. It was kept in the Pandora box for about a week & a half before my wedding. After wearing the band for just one week, it was already visibly tarnished. I came in with a friend late Friday night and was taken care of by the lovely Hayley. She was so friendly, helpful, created conversation with both my friend and I, and was so accomodating to all of my needs. Outstanding service, 10/10 experience.
I had such a lovely experience at Pandora Albany today! Unfortunately, I don’t know the staff member’s name, but she had long blonde hair. She was incredibly kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. From our chat, I understood she’s quite new to Pandora, but the customer service she provided and the way she helped me proved her great skills.
