I came into the store and the manager who I later found out name was Ash ignored me when she saw that i was bringing something in for an exchange. I waited and watched as she walked to another person and offered her assistance. I was then tended to by a worker named Idil who then eventually asked someone else to help me while she goes to help someone else who had just walked in.
