I had a disappointing experience at Pandora today. The store manager who welcomed us, Axel, was friendly, and welcoming. Unfortunately, after we were handed off to another associate, the experience completely changed. First, her nails looked very unsanitary. At least two acrylic nails were missing, stuff underneath and the rest looked very ragged and uneven. Compré una pulsera y un anillo en esta tienda Pandora y, después de solo 4 meses de haberlos comprado, ambos se pusieron de un color negro muy raro y realmente feo. No entiendo qué pasó, ya que los cuidé como cualquier otra joya. Lo más decepcionante es que ya había comprado anteriormente en esta misma tienda y nunca me había sucedido algo así.
