I have spent a lot of money i this particular store. I have 3 bracelets that are loaded with charms.i have one bracelet in particular that won't stay fasten. I took it to the store and they have replace it twice, I went the other week now they say I have to call customer service they no longer carry the bracelet but they still sell the charms for the bracelet . This is unexceptable . I love all of my bracelets and charms. I'm disappointed in Pandora.
My sister purchased from pandora recently as a graduation gift for myself. She received a free bracelet that was too small for my wrist. I have called on several occasions to speak with someone in regard to how to exchange the bracelet for a larger size as she said that they told her I could if this was an issue. Every time I call NO ONE answers EVER. Customer service is poor, as many times as I have contacted the store at different times of the day, I have yet to actually have someone pick up their phone to assist me.

I really recommend management hires employees that actually working in customer service and helping people , the worker that assisted me was very rude, I shop here often but if this is the customer service that is acceptable for this company I will have to get my stuff else where.
