Associate Tara was so extremely rude to me I felt discriminated. She was snippy. I felt like she didn’t want me there at one point her coworker even took over and help me purchase the necklace I was looking for.
Ordered online for pick up…. This was my first Pandora bracelet… wasn’t sure about sizing, I asked them if they could help me fit the bracelet. The Hispanic looking foriegn Lady takes the bracelet out and says “this won’t fit you, this is my size, small” it was a tad embarrassing to say the least, very unprofessional
Listen to the reviews, they are extremely rude and racist. I wanted in today 07/29/26 at 7:35pm and was “greeted” with nothing but rudeness. As I walked in there were about 3 other people looking in the store (all white) and were greeted with pleasant tones and demeanors. As I was looking down in the case one of the workers (older white blonde haired woman) asked the customer next to me if she could get her name to put in it the queue, the woman responded no thank you I’m just looking. I should have listened to the reviews. I have this 3 stars because the store was clean and organized. I was greeted when I walked in but was just looking. I asked for help to purchase charms. The price of the charm and the one that Yvonne scanned weren’t the same. She said they price matched but she couldn’t honor the price on the charm because it was wrong.
