My pickup order was cancelled after 3 days which is fine but didn’t had the picture at the time. Everything is on display I was told and it was not. I founded on the app. Another male employee got it from a stock bin, Tks guy! The female employee was Zero help. Now you have to do their job in store to. Others were super helpful in the past.
I had a black Pandora bracelet. The manager cleaned it and it was still dark but better. He recommemddd coming back every week to get it back to silver.

Recently went in to store and attempted to take advantage of the promo of 145 or more and get a free bangle. The Manager Giovanni and someone that identities as another store manager starts speaking in Spanish however the entire time she spoke English which is Very Rude to your customers.
