The manager Princess at this location is horrible.Very disappointed with my Pandora pickup experience. The process was frustrating and the customer service was not what I expected from a company like Pandora. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and the whole pickup experience was much more difficult than it needed to be. I expected better communication, organization, and customer service. If i can put 0 stars I would, I went in yesterday with my family, the short worker with black hair, I have her name as well. had horrible facial expressions when dealing with us. she lacked any efforts to actually present a variety of charms , it seems as if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. every time we looked at something, she would turn around and help someone else. If i said i liked a charm. she’d put everything away i was looking at and pulled out the ipad for me to pay. Mind you I shop at pandora all the time ... read more
