If i can put 0 stars I would, I went in yesterday with my family, the short worker with black hair, I have her name as well. had horrible facial expressions when dealing with us. she lacked any efforts to actually present a variety of charms , it seems as if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. every time we looked at something, she would turn around and help someone else. I recently went in looking for a necklace. 1.They didn’t have a mirror or I just wasn’t given one so I couldn’t see how anything looked on me. 2.The heart chain necklace I wanted they didn’t have in my size. 3.The girl who helped me I just felt not comfortable or really helped with. Today Princess took care of my mom and I as we get ready for our wedding weekend. Not only was she attentive, but also just so freaking kind. It’s hard to find happy and good people but princess went above and beyond to make us feel special. Honestly I’ll only go buy jewelry from her here on. My pickup order was cancelled after 3 days which is fine but didn’t had the picture at the time. Everything is on display I was told and it was not. I founded on the app. Another male employee got it from a stock bin, Tks guy! The female employee was Zero help. Now you have to do their job in store to. Others were super helpful in the past.
