The bracelet I got feels like a dollar store bracelet. SO SHOCKED at how TERRIBLE the Quality of Pandora jewelry has become. GREED really is getting the best of the owners!!!! The charms are getting SMALLER and SMALLER. Both bracelets I’ve had HAVE literally opened on their own and fallen off. So I am negative $600 in Pandora and now my third bracelet is just COMPLETE JUNK
Buying the jewelry is easy. Getting it cleaned, especially during the holidays, is a nightmare. Came well before Christmas and was told no cleanings until January 2nd. Came back after that date and was told not until the 8th now as they extended some promotion. I asked to buy the cleaning kit and was told they were sold out because of the no cleanings. Store had two customers in it and open employees to assist me in the 3 minute cleaning. I’ll be buying elsewhere.
