Went here nervously not knowing what I was looking for Kaila helped get me the perfect gift she was kind and very professional. I highly suggest this Pandora location for your needs!!!
Looked at a bracelet and a display case. As a sales person how much it was and was told 165. Walked around the mall a little bit and then came back to Buy. It. Another sales person helped me took it out of the Caisse started wrapping it up and ran it in for $209. The original person came back over and said yes that’s how much it is. I guess I made a mistake and added it up wrong in my head. I left and bought something somewhere else.
The manager of this location Sarah Gibbs, might be one of the most rude, condescending people I have had the displeasure of doing business with. What could have been an easy conversation about a return/exchange situation turned into a hostile, rude and unwelcoming situation that was not needed or warranted. went in two weeks ago with my boyfriend to see if they had any engravingcharms like advertised online, tried calling beforehand and got no answer, and online it says they do it in store at this location. we went in and they said their machine is in the back and not set up and it takes a while to set up. so i asked if they had a timeframe or if they know when they have it available and they just both looked at me making it seem like too much work. i get if it isn’t set up, but maybe advertise that online and have some sort of... read more
