First off glad to see I’m not the only one who is turnt away from the staff. Not helpful AT ALL. I was looking at stuff waiting over 15 minutes not a single hi, what are you looking for, nothing. Clearly no one is listening about the terrible staff. I wanted a necklace an expensive one. The lady looked at me and went to someone else. I left after that. Super rude. I work in retail. Other customers have commented on the rude and condescending attitudes of the staff, and they are absolutely correct. Customer service is abysmal. I should not have to wait in line to pick up an item that I already purchased online and then be talked to rudely when I point out how ludicrous that policy is. There needs to be a service to allow online purchasers to bypass the line of people who might purchase something.
Very good experience at this store! The staff were friendly and helpful when I picked out my first bracelet and charms. Annisha made suggestions without being pushy and I’m very happy with how it turned out!
Service was generally quick, I would just like to say that the lady that had helped me came off a little rude, whether she meant to or not. I was treated as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, and as someone who works customer service, that is not a way to talk to customers.
