Selection is great. Staff can be friendly and helpful if they think you're buying something but lose interest if you're not quick to buy. 🙄

The store was very busy when I visited with my sister and niece, which we understood. We stepped up to the counter after two customers walked away, but while we were browsing, a sales associate looked at us and said, “Ladies, could you move? We’re working here.” I get that they were finishing a transaction, but the tone was unnecessarily rude. A simple, polite explanation would’ve gone a long way. Horrible customer service. Waited for 45 minutes to pick up my online order. The interaction took less than a minute. There are two entrances at this store. When I walked up there was a line at one entrance and a sign that says “pick up your online order here” at the other entrance. I waited at the sign for about 10 mins before being told I need wait in the line behind all the people at the other entrance who plan to do their shopping inside the store (Even after I told them I just needed to pick up my order).
