Very good experience at this store! The staff were friendly and helpful when I picked out my first bracelet and charms. Annisha made suggestions without being pushy and I’m very happy with how it turned out!
Service was generally quick, I would just like to say that the lady that had helped me came off a little rude, whether she meant to or not. I was treated as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, and as someone who works customer service, that is not a way to talk to customers.

I recently went to Pandora for some Christmas shopping and I was blessed with Annisha as my client services representative and she is AMAZING. Very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. She was helping multiple people at one time and they all received outstanding service. I went back for another purchase and was assisted by Lachona this time. I understand being busy during holiday season but that is no justification for the condescending tone that was used by the staff. It was rude and felt like I was being chastised. There were several people in the store making it incredibly embarrassing. Mind you this was the first thing that was said to me by anybody working there.
