TERRIBLE experience today at Pandora. I went in with a friend to get a gift and I had bought several pieces for my self there previously over the years. I have always had very good service. Horrible HORRIBLE experience just now at Easton Pandora and I hope this is not representative of the brand. Received a bracelet as a gift for my birthday but was too small and I couldn’t wear. We don’t have a store near me so waited to come here and see what could be done. The answer is nothing. They said it had been 30+ days (50) and refused to offer any assistance whatsoever. Never worn. I was disappointed that they could not fix my clasp since it was older than a year but overall the experience was lovely as always and got the new rose clasp bracelet!
