This not only damages the image of a doctor rather continuous of such bad etiquette by staff person creates questions on the Doctor's credibility
The receptionist is super nice and helpful. Dr pandhi is very knowledgeable and attentive and find solutions to your medical problems

One of the best Doctor. Great human being. Lots of experience. I red some negative comments for the receptionist lady. I dont think it is fair to her. If she is asking you to wear Mask. She is keeping everyone safe. If she refuses to serve you without mask. Everyone's safety is more important then 1 person. If she is asking you not to use phone. She is following the guidelines.
