We love the food here but they make it really hard to place an order... I tried calling multiple times today during business hours and they didn't answer the phone. It was also after the lunch rush. We run into this issue almost every time we try to place an order here. They're hard to get on the phone and we often get placed on hold if they do happen to pick up. I really enjoy this place and eat here almost once a week—their Pad Thai is one of my favorites. However, I’ve had the same issue multiple times now. This is the third time the rice has been burned and has a strong burnt taste, which really takes away from the meal. This time I decided to call and let them know, hoping there might be a way to fix it or prevent it in the future.
