Extremely disappointing experience with Panda7. The phone wait times are painfully long—I've had to wait over 30 minutes multiple times just to speak with someone. It took several weeks and countless follow-ups just to cancel my auto insurance policy after I moved provinces. Communication has been pathetic throughout. Emails go unanswered, and no one picks up the phone when you need urgent help.
