It’s not often that one meets a businessman of Craig’s calibre. My husband and I had a bike-rack towing failure while driving to Victoria, and had to locate a trailer last-minute on a Sunday afternoon. Craig was kind enough to load up our four bikes into his truck, store them in his workshop while we drove to Emerald to get the trailer, and even gave us a spare tow ball, as ours was damaged.
