We always have great service at panda tire. They explain everything very thoroughly and are very fairly priced. Highly recommend!
While I was driving across Canada, a rear leaf spring on my truck broke. I showed up at Penda one morning without an appointment, and Lorrie immediately did everything possible to find the necessary parts and schedule the installation so I could get back on the road quickly. Excellent service—everything was perfect.
I came for an out of province inspection, they told me the wait time was 2-3 hours but was done in just under an hour! I had to get 2 lights fixed and they did that right away for a good price! Very satisfied with their service, very friendly staff! Highly recommend for an out of province inspection!
Assessment was thorough and fair, repair was done quickly, and customer service was excellent.
Excellent service. Panda always keeps their same day appointment timings and does the work quickly and efficiently. Also, there are never extra fees or hidden costs when they give a quote over the phone. The price is what they quote you. Their staff is always courteous, reliable and friendly. And they offer free coffee and have candy at the till. What more could you want? 5 stars from me.
