Had high hopes because of all the social media hype. Got a custom board made for my husbands birthday... 4 months (!) later when we picked up, the guy gives us a board with a major blemish on the front - looked like a ding repair. Then proceeds to talked down to us saying it happens all the time, he does give us a discount on some accessories we got but it still didn't sit right with me.
