POOR Management!!! REFUND!!! Panda express needs to do something about the nastiness!! Roaches and hair in food before they get sued!!! Panda Express in beaumont tx on dowlen Rd is absolutely Disgusting i found a roach in my food I will be going to see my doctor To make sure I don't have any parasites of bacteria from eating at this nasty place. 🤢

Their restaurant never refund me back for only receiving half and order 2 1/2 months ago. Won't be ordering from them again!

They got rid of the Beyond Orange chicken. Time for me to delete the app and never come here again. Sigh. Unless they bring it back… please….

Hoy viernes 20 de junio vine por la mañana y me atendió con una mala actitud discriminadora le pedí tres piesa y me puso dos y le dije que eran tres y empezó a regañarme que yo tenía una mala actitud y le dije que hice mal si solo le recordé que eran tres pieza y se fue para adentro y me atendió la cajera ella si fue muy amable le pedí una soda y le pagué y me fui a la máquina de soda cuando la escuché que salió y dijo en español ya se fue ese viejo y me volví y le dije cuál era su problema por la que me trataba así y le hab... read more

When you call with a real complaint, they transfer you to a recording that is for you to go online and email them. No one will take your call. Sorry to bother you corporate people with a store on Lake st in Pasadena California. I will fix the store myself through the health department and ICE Immigration and Customs Enforcement to vet all staff are legal. I will make sure I suggest they check each and every store in southern California. Thank you for your interest in not taking care of your customers.
