Panda Express in Apple Valley on Hwy 18 is amazing all there staff always goes above and beyond for me and are so very polite. There’s a young lady named Cecelia that is so polite and literally so sweet after a bad day go there her smile will make your day awesome. I want Corporate to have more like her

I really wish I could provide a star total of 0. Ordered via DoorDash from the Collegedale/Ooltewah, TN and the food was HORRIBLE! I don’t eat meat and ordered rice, spring rolls, mango black tea, side of rice and orange chicken for my kid. Everything was cold! The noodles and rice were completely dried out. It was like eating dry spaghetti noodles. The noodles were quite thick too. What I thought was sweet mango black tea was tasteless brewed black tea. Disgusting and unacceptable. An employee was handling food with bare hands, scratching his nose and hands, then immediately touching the food again without washing or sanitizing. This is a basic food safety violation and shows a complete lack of hygiene standards. I will not be returning, and management seriously needs to retrain staff.
