My bill is "padded" with charges with food NOT SERVED IN ORDER TO ELEVATE COSTS . I saw the manager tell the cashier to add an item that is an additional charge that I did order not received. This isn't a review of the food, but of the lack of quantity control and rudeness of personnel. Used to be a frequent customer of Panda Express, Montana & Lincoln in Santa Monica. A year ago, visited this location on a Saturday at 6:15 P. and display woks were largely emptied and after waiting 25 minutes for fresh dishes to come out, hostess was hostile.
