I did not have a good experience with Panda,. I was promised service but actually waited eight weeks with many excuses and promises. Andrew apparently failed to diagnose the problem, the hot tub was not fixed, and I was charged $300. Andrew got quite nasty. Do not use this provider. Cathleen
