It’s almost been a year this coming May since I joined Panda CrossFit Lab, and looking back, it still feels like one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. To be honest, I was intimidated at first. Amazing Coaches that are experienced, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Great environment and positive vibe. If your thinking about it, try 1 class and you will go back.
if your looking for community, experienced and amazing coaches, workouts that kick your butt in the best way and a place to be yourself and have fun then this is the place, ive finally found a spot that has it all ! there is even a wellness center right next door that i get massages done ! I also love their fun family events through the year, always such a good time.
