If Zero Stars were available that is what I would have rated Panda Paw Day Spa. Panda Paw Day Spa is by far the most unprofessional massage therapy institute I have ever been to. My husband got me a group-on for Panda Paw day spa on Christmas of 2012 that included 2 massages. I had to schedule my first massage 3 months out, and I have yet to receive the second massage.
