I was picking up an order for GrubHub and the card we use has a number instead of a name so that's what I sign with. They asked why I signed with a number instead of a name and I showed them the card. They proceeded to call me a "fucking asshole" and told me never to come back. I let GrubHub driver care and Google Maps know what happened and I see I'm not the only person they have been rude to. To top it off they didn't have my order labeled at all so who knows what food I took. Yikes!
Called to place an order. The man answering the phone asked me to hold but put the phone down rather than putting the phone on hold. I overheard him making a racist comment and when I confronted him about it he got angry and slammed the phone down. I won’t be patronizing this place again.

Never had an issue until yesterday. They charged my card an extra $1.30 when i did not add a tip. My bank will be filing fraudulent charges on them.
I have eaten there twice and twice the Pad Thai was inedible. Never going back.
Yum. They were fast, affordable, and it was clear that they made the food with care. Love the flavors and the hand made dishes. Very impressed for take out especially. This is now our go to in Du-wap neighborhood. Also their website is completely clear, user friendly, and totally 2017. First Chinese take out and delivery to be so web friendly and easy for the customer. Great job!
Worst experience ever with delievery!!! Initially told 35 minutes for delivery I called in at 45 minutes only to be advised that the guy was 5 minutes away. 10 minutes later I call back and they advise again he just left and is right around the corner. 15 miinutes later I call back in and the guy advised he would call the delivery driver and call me right back. 10 more minutes go by and I did not hear from him I called back in only to be advised he was about 5-10 minnutes away. Very poor customer service, they don't answer the phone, can't leave voicemail because its full and the delivery driver was rude with a bad attitude.
