Stay away from this business! I placed an order for a set of IAG Door Steps. Within less than an hour I realized that that part will not fit my Bronco. I messaged with Chris immediately through the Panda Motorworks website and was told that I had to accept a 7% cancellation fee, which I did not agree to. The part never shipped and I let them know right away. Chris is refusing to refund the full payment even though the item had not shipped and I cancelled it within an hour of placing the order. I know this is probably not the norm but I wanted to express how badly my latest order with Panda Motorworks went. I ordered a set of Motegi Trail Lites for my Bronco on 7/1 with the order confirmation on 7/2. Before that I had ordered my eibach 2.0 coilover kit from them and had no issues at all. Around the end of July I thought it was odd I hadn't seen any updates and by then all my other parts had came in from other vendors (tires, tpms, and lug nuts) so I decided to try their Chat window on the main page.
