We are staying at the Holiday Inn Express. While checking in, seen a menu at the front desk. Was excited!!! Called to order and the girl who answered the phone said they didn't deliver to the hotel! I told her there is a stack of menu's at the front desk! I asked to speak to a manager and she said, she wasn't at the restaurant and was just helping out. I just hung up the phone!!! Shame because there is 6 of us, the order was going to be huge. We just drove over 5 hours from Pittsburgh!!!
I had my order delivered by uber eats. The chicken chow mein only had a few specks of chicken. The rice and veggies were okay. WHERES THE CHICKEN? The egg rolls were not so good.
The worst Chinese food I’ve ever tasted in my life. Customer service is terrible and they lie about who I’m talking to on the phone. I was told I’m speaking to the boss but it was actually just an employee. This business is a shame.
Order over $60 worth of food, ordered Pork Lo Mein & this is what came? no noodles just pieces of pork with cabbage, I’ve never seen anything like it, they also forgot 2 separate dishes
