I was at the Mississauga location which by the way have always been very kind to me I'm sorry if this review affects that location and the people that represent it. I regularly shop there and I was purchasing a reverse tweezer I also wanted the small version which was only located in Markham they called the store for me to confirm and I purchased it using my credit card online.
