I have been there quite a few times. They always asked me if I need any help. That's a good service. Frankly, it is difficult to make a decision to get which kit when I am there. They just have a lot to choose from. The website is also very updated. Very good! I just hope the government can drop the tax, and I am sure there will be more people purchasing.
Best place by far to purchase your very own model kits! The staff are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help whether you’re a beginner or a long-time builder. Their selection of Gundam kits is amazing, with everything from High Grades to Master Grades and even hard-to-find items. I have no words to describe how amazing these guys are. They’re incredibly helpful and communicate so well! It doesn’t feel like I’m talking to an AI robot . Such an amazing online shop with an equally amazing staff! I shall only order my model kits here. Prices are not insane and the customer service is *chef kiss* amazing wonderful everything.
