In order to addressthe issue reported last week, this issue was created by miscommunication, due to language barrier. A 90 minute foot massage was requested. Unfortunately, due to previous appointments that were already set, only a 45 minute time framewas available. They tried to offer two persons doing the massage, one on each foot, resulting in the same results as one person doing 90 minutes. This was done. If I’m posting a bad review that means it’s really BAD. This place is very unwelcoming and they want you to pay upfront. I should have followed my gut about walking out of there as soon as I stepped in but my feet were hurting so bad…I stayed and had the massage. I purchased the 90 minute foot reflexology. When it started they gave me a face towel to cover my eyes and relax. I noticed about 5 minutes into the massage that two people were working on me. I felt tired after a long drive, so I chose a masseuse named Mimi. She gave me a deep massage of my neck, shoulders, waist and legs, which made me feel relaxed. Thank you, I will insist on coming here to find her, Recommend everyone to give it a try and I will be back.
