Condescending money grab. Someone came to compete an inspection and estimate for a new roof and immediately started commenting on what the inspector did wrong, "insulation all wrong", all the "issues", etc etc. The estimate was almost 40,000 for a ranch house - the guy did not provide options or explain shingles, with plywood said "you'd need like 6 but let's say 12 to be safe", did not provide breakdown or any kind and we still have not received documentation or estimate.
