Panda Exteriors installed a new roof on our house - they worked with our insurance company and obtained an approval for about $20.000 for a new roof from the insurance. We were excited and went ahead. They removed the roof and deemed the plywood unfixable and charged us an additional $8,000 out of pocket to buy plywood or leave the roof completely open in January of 2025 in one of the worst freezes we've had in years.
