This is my first time at this location and I just wanted to shout out Bailey! She was so friendly, energetic and kind. She was very quick to get my order together with absolute accuracy! I am so happy that I came in tonight! Please let Bailey know, she turned a very long work day upside down and made my whole night better. Great customer service!!
Bailey M was amazing. She is the definition of customer service. She was patient with my son and even let him taste some of the chicken before he made his choice. She was so welcoming and helpful. I will be back just because of her.
I came yesterday, food was delicious, staff was welcoming and greeted me nicely. Kitchen staff and front staff gave me excellent service.
I went through the drive thru and ordered a bigger plate and a fountain drink. When I pulled up they handed me a pop without ice, I asked politely if they could just add ice to my pop. She went and got me a cup of ice but I explained I needed it in the cup due to not making a mess. With the bigger plate, I always got my 3rd option in a separate little red container.
