Hey Panda Express, I enjoy your food, but I find your employees’ approach to customers a bit impersonal. When I visit, it often feels like I’m “just another order to serve.” Staff seem to rush the process and act like they want me out the door, which makes me feel more like a walking transaction than a valued customer. I’ve been to several Panda Express locations, and I’ve never had any issues with the food or service. The food is always freshly cooked, and the service is fast and efficient. The only concern during my visit was that it was already the lunch rush, and there were only a few menu selections available at the front. I’d really appreciate it if they could keep all items stocked and filled during peak hours. That said, the service was still great. Keep it up, guys!” 🥡
