Worst experience ever. Very disappointing customer service by Ruhi who claimed as a manager but failed to manage it.Don’t know who made her manager. I politely asked to upgrade my food from a bowl to a plate, and the staff refused to help i asked her within 2 minutes of ordering. She didn’t even suggested me to upgrade with $2 to plate size. It was my first experience here and when i realized i can upgrade to plate then she refused to accommodate. Instead of trying to accommodate a simple request, she started making excuses.... read more
We celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Panda Express, and it was such a wonderful experience! The food was delicious as always, and the prices were very reasonable, especially for a family celebration. What truly made our visit special was the amazing service. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind, making sure everything went smoothly for us.
