Unfortunately, I would not choose to spend my money at this Panda Express location again. My experience was disappointing due to the food quality, portion sizes, and lack of customer service. After purchasing the brisket, I noticed something seemed off with the taste and brought my concern to the staff. Unfortunately, this time, the orange chicken was overcooked and hard. The chow mein was a little bit dry.
Chow mein was dry and undercooked. The chicken was also not cooked properly and was raw inside. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, she was dismissive and rude instead of addressing a serious food safety concern. This was an extremely disappointing and concerning experience. Serving undercooked chicken is not acceptable. If I become sick after eating at this location, I will be reporting this matter to the appropriate health authorities.
Very small portions compared to other locations!
It being extremely busy I really appreciate the fast service. Can’t get enough of that beef broccoli and teriyaki chicken!
