Went to pay for my order with cash and they had no coins of any kind. Instead of comping my 36 cents they kept my remaining money and that was that. Never going there again.

WOW!!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I just recently visited 2 different Panda Express restaurants in the state of Virginia and was very pleased with the food. Unfortunately, I would not choose to spend my money at this Panda Express location again. My experience was disappointing due to the food quality, portion sizes, and lack of customer service. After purchasing the brisket, I noticed something seemed off with the taste and brought my concern to the staff. I was informed that the manager had already left, and the acting manager on duty was unable to resolve what I felt was a straightforward customer concern.
