I ordered food online and received an email stating the order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I stood waiting at the checkout counter for a full ten minutes without anyone acknowledging me; I mentioned I was there to pick up an order, but the staff ignored me and continued ringing up customers who were ordering at the counter. Monce and the staff have to be some of the most situationally unaware staff i've seen. If there is a line of people waiting for food why would you instantly just start wasting all the food on doordash orders and then make the people there in person have to wait for food to be cooked? i come on my work break almost every day and every time she's working it takes about 20-30 minutes to get in and out of the place just to get my food if you have somewhere to be do NOT go to this location, you will be here for a minimum of 20 mi... read more
