This is the first Panda Express I've ever been to. The place was kind of hard to find. It's not a separate building facing the road, but part of a shopping plaza. So if you are lazy and like to go through the drive thru when you buy your food, then you should not go to this store location. (I believe there is another one on Day street?) the food here is good, but the prices are high, and lately, the portions are almost half what they were when they first opened. i even sent an email, and enclosed a photo, and got no response.

The Best Chinese In Moreno Valley Panda express is a dine in or out establishment. I like the business because it's always clean and they have their food stored in containers that the public can view for freshness. They aren't a great deal expensive, however you get what you pay for. They specialize in orange chicken, and I tell you it makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
