Panda Express Red Oak has very poor customer service and very long drive thru wait times. Customers looking for a better experience should drive across the street to the Wall Cafe. I frequent Panda Express in other areas and the Ovilla Rd.. location is by far the worst in service. Spend your money elsewhere if you can help it.

Depends on the time of day whether you will have a good experience. The food is always good, but the service is not so consistent. Also, sometimes you get such small portions that you leave hungry if you just order a bowl. Too much rice and not enough actual food.

Use to go once a week. Well went back. Notice spring rolls were smaller. Okay. Got food home. Sat down to eat. Noticed to go trays way smaller. Okay. But so is the meat. If it has veges in it or anything. Meat is barely even there. Sucks. And they say they don't have soy sauce. Found out they won't tell you they ran out. And its messed up. Only 2 people were working. Long line that day

Never come here after 7:00 PM. The store is pretty much out of everything. The employees either don't have enough staff/resources to cook more food or are lazy and don't want to cook more food. Every time I've gone there after I get off work, they are pretty much out of everything and what they do have left, tastes like it's been sitting out for a couple of hours. You're better off going to the one in Cedar Hill.

Stopped @ 2:33p.m. Tuesday November 4th 2014 Most disappointing meal I have had@ any Panda Express restaurant. Chicken fried rice was dry , black pepper chicken horrible , my order was to go awful meal!!!
