I would give it 0 if I could. Supposed to be open in the lobby until 10pm but 9:45 the doors are already locked. They are serving drive thru yet I am walking. Stay open the hours you have listed.
Worst experience EVER!! Sitting in a drive thru for more than 10 mins just to walk in and see the staff just hanging out. I willing still ordered my food just to have it served cold. The manager seemed to have just laughed off the fact that I was upset. When asked for a refund he gave me a hard time. I use to LOVE Panda Express now I feel as if the entire chain has gone to WASTE!! You guys need to do better with training your staff and teach them the proper skills to work in Hospitality. Every time I try giving this location a shot, they have dropped the ball each time. No matter what I try to order, they’re either out of it, or it’s a 40 day and 40 night wait til it’s ready. The drive thru is impossible. I’ve always had to park and wait, and each time, it would be maybe 2 or 3 at most other customers ahead of me when they act like they are so slammed and I walk in and the employees are lallygagging around. Please shut this location down. It’s horrible.
