Give I could give a zero for customer service I would. Ordered dine in. Food was great. Ordered a Dt Coke. It was out so they offered canned Coke Zero and would not allow a refill.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION Their food is trash tier of any Panda Express location in Columbus. They can't cook fried rice properly, it's mushy and there's no sticky firmness to it that fried rice should have and have gotten plenty times before at other locations. Their chicken breading is also soggy under the sauce, I've had crispier versions of the Orange Chicken as well. I had an issue with my delivery order that never arrived and the staff was really kind and helpful to remake my order. I am very impressed by the manager and staff who run this Panda Express franchise!
