I love this place. They unjammed a jammed drill bit from our DEWALT drill. They also provided helpful feedback about how to prevent this from happening again. Much cheaper than getting a new drill! I just wish they were open on weekends or an evening or two. It's difficult to get there if you work a 9-5 Monday-Friday job.
My experience with Panda Electrical Services was overall very pleasant. I live an in an area where there are not a lot of tool repair shops. I found this one to have all the services I needed. I've came on two separate occasions both for my Milwaukee power tools and they also honor the warranty which made my repairs free of charge. The wait is a respectable 2-3 weeks but it was very worth it. They repaired my power tool as needed and I even saw great pre owned and refurbished power tools for sale.
