Literally just placed an order there, showed up 20 minutes later and they didn’t bother to even make the order, asking me right then and there if I still wanted it… unbelievable… and a I WAS long time customer, too. Will NEVER spend another dime at Panda. Absolutely no reason for that type of treatment… puzzling, confusing and hurtful…
Giving 5 stars to offset all of the goofies that may not get the owners disposition. Come on guys lighten up..imo the food is great for a little Chinese food spot in a strip mall. You guys want stellar customer service go to Benihana. They are honest, hard working, and make great food. Period. I like the egg foo young,lo mein, chicken and broccoli, pretty much everything I had there is good.
The only place that has eggplant on the menu.
